6th El Haddawi International Winter School 2006

28th February 2006 – 5nd March 2005

Inner and Outer Movement

Ways to Balance

We are pleased to announce the 6th El Haddawi Winterschool. It will take place from 28th February 2006 to 5nd March 2006 at the island convent "Abtei Frauenwörth" on the lake Chiemsee in Bavaria, Germany. El Haddawi invites you to experience bodywork, dance and martial arts as an expression of practical spirituality and a way to inner balance.

What is movement? What is silcene? How do this opposites relate to each other? How can we discover our center between movement and silence? Discovering ones own center is one of the foundations for a happy and fulfilled life in a complex permanently changing world.

At the 6th Winterschool exponents of different Spiritual Traditions and Bodywork Methods will work together to show the relation between outer and inner movement. Invited are all people who want to explore and utilize their own potential in a better way.

In addition to seminars taught by Ingo Taleb-Rashid and Thomas Farnbacher, there will be classes taught by invited lecturers, lecture-demonstrations, an opening performance and a sacred music concert.
